Marcus Wareing-inspired Aalto Restaurant at newly-opened Hotel La Tour Birmingham is running a Bank Holiday dining offer to introduce itself to the region’s foodies.

The 90-cover brasserie-style eatery, which features an impressive Kitchen Table seating eight, and a sumptuous private dining room for parties of up to 16, will be showcasing its a la carte menu of modern classics inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Marcus Wareing.
Hotel La Tour Head Chef,  Alex Penhaligon, said: “It’s a great privilege to be involved in this launch. We’re very excited about our menu and are sourcing ingredients from local producers where possible. ”
Main courses range from £12 to £21 and include Cornish sea bass with creamed leek, mussels and grain mustard; Suffolk stew with mutton, barley and lentils; Hereford beef rib eye steak, red wine sauce, horseradish and chips plus a Field mushroom and thyme crumble with smoked Applewood cheese and herb salad.
For discerning diners in a hurry, Aalto business lunches are served 12-2pm Monday to Friday with a 45-minute turnaround of two courses for £9.95.
