Multi-award-winning chef, Will Holland has formed his own company and will open his eponymous restaurant in Spring 2014.

Chef Will Holland, who earned a Michelin star before the age of 30, has secured a property in Bridgnorth, a historic market town in Shropshire.
He plans to carry out extensive refurbishments and will transform the property before launching his restaurant.
Chef Will Holland said – “I have formed my own company and I am extremely pleased that my offer on a property in Bridgnorth has been accepted. The restaurant will have my name above the door and we plan to open in Spring 2014. This is a very exciting time for me and all involved in this project.” Chef Will came to prominence after securing a Michelin star for La Bécasse, in Ludlow, Shropshire.

He added – “I am delighted to be remaining in the county of Shropshire, where I have lived for the past seven years. I will be able to continue to build on the relationships I have with local food producers, farmers and suppliers.”
Chef Will Holland has featured regularly on James Martin’s ‘Saturday Kitchen Live’ programme. He became the Midland’s Regional Champion on BBC TV’s ‘Great British Menu’ and beat The Hairy Bikers in a televised food challenge for their ‘Food Tour of Great Britain’ programme.
Chef Will Holland has received numerous awards and accolades, including an Acorn Award and three AA rosettes. He has been credited in The National Restaurant Awards, The Good Food Guide, Harden’s UK Restaurant Guide, The Sunday Times, Metro and many others. The Good Food Guide predicted Chef Will Holland would be one of the ‘ten most influential chefs of the decade’.
