It’s Time For ‘Waters World’ – Andy Waters Opens New Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham.

Multi Award Winning Midlands chef Andy Waters will open his brand new venture, Waters Restaurant on Monday 23rd November at Resorts World Birmingham, Europe’s first large scale resort destination.

Waters Restaurant will be situated adjacent to the cinema and near to the High Line New York Bar and Lounge and the Bottega Prosecco Bar and will serve classic British and French dishes with a twist that has become associated with Andy Waters approach to cooking.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week and have 65 covers and alongside the main menu, a 2-course menu rapide for £14.95 will be available at lunchtime and early evening.

The opening of the Waters Restaurant at Resorts World Birmingham further adds to the range of dining available at the resort and will complement the options for visitors to the complex including those on business and staying at the Genting Hotel and for delegates using the VOX conference centre.

Commenting on the new venture Andy Waters said “I am really excited to be part of Resorts World Birmingham. It is a fantastic complex and our location puts us at the heart of the leisure offer.”

“My aim for the restaurant is simple, to serve food that is created with care and served in comfortable and friendly surroundings. I want everyone to feel welcome when they come through the door and leave with a smile on their face”.
